Die BASuB (Bildungsagentur für Sprache und Beruf) ist eine 100 prozentige Unternehmenstochter der Akzentschule. Die Akzentschule führt seit 2014 erfolgreich Bildungs- und Schulungsmaßnahmen an zur Zeit 5 (fünf) Ausbildungsstandorten durch und ist gemäß AZAV (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung) als Bildungsträger zertifiziert.
Der neue Firmenstandort in 40699 Erkrath bei Düsseldorf konzentriert sich nicht nur auf die modulare Ausbildung (3 (drei) Ausbildungsmodule siehe Schulungsangebote) von IHK-geprüften Service- und Sicherheitskräften gemäß § 34 a GewO in Verbindung mit der Qualifikation zum Zugbegleiter/ Kontrollschaffner im ÖPV, sondern bietet auch für arbeitslos in Deutschland gemeldete Interessenten/ -innen (w/m/d) mit förderungsbedürftigen Deutschkenntnissen und/oder Migrationshintergrund fachsprachliche begleitende Berufsausbildungen zunächst im Bereich der Krankenpflege an.
Die BASuB ist Euch bei der Lehrstellensuche behilflich, stellt für Euch und Euren neuen Arbeitgeber maßgeschneiderte fachsprachliche Ausbildungsmodule , begleitend zu Eurer normalen Berufsausbildung, zusammen und betreut Euch Umgangs- und berufssprachlich (von A1 über B1, B2 und weiterführend) während Eurer gesamten Ausbildung.
Um die beschriebenen Schulungskonzepte bundesweit, auch unter Pandemiebeschränkungen, kontinuierlich durchführen zu können, wurden alle oben vorgestellten Module im Hybridunterrichtsverfahren (Videokonferenzschaltungen mithilfe der Streamingplattform ZOOM und kurze Präsenzunterrichtsabschnitte vor Ort) zugelassen und sind über Bildungsgutscheine der Leistungsträger gemäß Sozialgesetzbuch förderbar.
Unser erfahrener Dozentenpool besteht aus qualifizierten Sicherheitsfachkräften, examinierten Pflegekräften und Lehrkräften für Deutsch (zugelassen vom BAMF) die praxisorientiert, auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer*innen (w/m/d) zugeschnitten, die Unterrichtsinhalte erfolgreich vermitteln.
Durch unsere enge Zusammenarbeit mit renommierten Sicherheitsunternehmen, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Personalvermittlungsagenturen sind wir in der Lage Euch auf Wunsch vor Lehrgangsbeginn eine verbindliche schriftliche Arbeitsplatzzusage für eine spätere berufliche Tätigkeit in einem zeitlich unbegrenzten sozialversicherungspflichtigen Arbeitsverhältnis zu vermitteln.
Für in Deutschland arbeitslos Gemeldete im Leistungsbezug werden in der Regel die Ausbildungskosten von den Leistungsträgern (ARGE, Jobcenter usw.) übernommen und sind für Euch vollkommen kostenlos.

The BASuB (Education Agency for Language and Work) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Akzentschule. The Akzentschule has been successfully carrying out education and training measures at currently 5 (five) training locations since 2014 and is certified as an educational institution in accordance with AZAV (Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance on Employment Promotion).
The new company location in 40237 Düsseldorf is not only concentrates on the modular training (3 (three) training modules see training offers) of IHK-certified service and security staff according to § 34 a GewO in connection with the qualification as train attendant / control conductor in public transport, but offers also for registered persons as unemployed in Germany (f / m / d) with German language skills and / or a migrant background who are in need of support, professional language training, initially in the field of nursing.
BASuB will help you find an apprenticeship position, put together tailor-made specialist language training modules for you and your new employer, to accompany your normal vocational training, and look after you colloquially and professionally (from A1 to B1, B2 and further) throughout your training.
In order to be able to continuously carry out the described training concepts nationwide, even under pandemic restrictions, all the modules presented above have been approved in the hybrid teaching process (video conferencing using the streaming platform ZOOM and short on-site teaching sections) and can be funded through education vouchers from the service providers in accordance with the Social Security Code.
Our experienced pool of lecturers consists of qualified safety specialists, certified nursing staff and teachers for German (approved by the BAMF) who are practice-oriented, tailored to the needs of the participants and who successfully convey the course content.
Due to our close cooperation with well-known security companies, care institutions and recruitment agencies, we are able to provide you with a binding written job confirmation for a later professional activity in an unlimited employment relationship before the start of the course.
For the registered as unemployed in Germany who receive benefits, the training costs are usually covered by the service providers (ARGE, Jobcenter, etc.) and are completely free of charge for you.
